How long in advance should I book my wedding?
Depending on you, as a person and how well you wish to be organised, it is highly recommended to consider at least one year to plan your special date. Around popular wedding season; even more than one year. A most valuable facet of Conca D'oro is that it is a ‘one stop shop'. This definitely helps you plan all your wedding services with ease & within good time. It is easier if you have a particular date in mind i.e. surrounding your anniversary, a winter wedding or around planning a European honeymoon.
Does CDL hold a bridal expo? if so, when?
Our bridal expo is held yearly. It is set over 3 days where we offer our clients an inside on gorgeous table decorations & accessories, wedding cakes, floristry, wedding entertainment, ice sculptures, chocolate fondants and much much more. Do i have my own personal event coordinator and if so how many times do we meet before my big day?
The very first coordinator you meet with at Conca Doro becomes your wedding planner. They are there to guide you through the process of planning your big day. The event planner given to you on confirmation of your wedding also allocates a time guideline outlining when you should be arranging services for your event. Our coordinators also attend your wedding and oversee the event to ensure that all goes to plan as discussed during the wedding plan process.
Do you offer winter packages?
Yes, Conca D'oro does offer seasonal rates. It applies to early January, late May, June, July, early August and late December. There is a saving of approxrimate $15-$20 per person. This is fantastic as you can take advantage of the saving and spend it towards something else for your event or better still on yourself!
Can i bring in my own florist?
Yes, Conca D'oro does allow florists as well as external suppliers into the venue. However, we can arrange all your wedding services including gorgeous flowers hassle free. View the CDStudio showcasing beautiful decorations that could be displayed at your event.
