Story with Jenna Barbara:
1. What made you choose Conca D'oro Events Centre?
I went to many other venues to find the perfect one but I was just not convinced that they would make my wedding a night to remember...they did not seem confident and I always left feeling confused and uncertain in their capability to host my wedding reception. My mum suggested the Conca D'oro to me as she said they know what they are doing as they have been doing it for a long, long time and they have a very good reputation! (Both of my aunty's also had their wedding there many, many years ago). As soon as I walked into the Conca D'oro and met the staff, I was very impressed by the professionalism and service, which other venues had lacked. I made my decision to celebrate my wedding there almost immediately after walking in!
2. How did you find the planning from the beginning till the big day?
When it comes to the planning of my wedding reception I cannot take all the credit!! The Conca D'oro made it so very easy for me to plan, which was much appreciated, as I was so busy planning everything else, it was a great relief to not have to worry about the reception so much. My events coordinator looked after everything for me; nothing was ever a problem. With their help we planned our delicious menu (which we spent a memorable evening tasting with our families prior to our wedding day) and organised everything from the Wedding cake, DJ, MC and the list goes on!
3. What was your best Conca D'oro moment? What took your breath away?
A very hard question to answer as the whole night was amazing to say the least, but my favourite moment had to be when my new husband and I made our entrance into our beautiful room filled with flowers, candles and our closest family and friends all there to celebrate our special day.
4. Is there anything that you would have changed?
Not a thing, it was the best day of my life. I just wish it didn't have to end!
5. What would be your advice to future Brides?
Enjoy every minute of your day and try not to stress too much while preparing for it.
